Porcelain veneers
Thin porcelain shells that change the shape, colour and alignment of your front teeth, designed digitally first so you can preview your new smile.
Who it’s for /
Is it right for you?
Veneers are a permanent change, so we only recommend them when simpler options will not give you the result you want.
Chipped or worn front teeth
Veneers restore length and shape to teeth that have worn or chipped over the years.
Stains whitening cannot shift
Some deep internal stains do not respond to whitening. Porcelain covers them permanently.
Small gaps and uneven edges
Minor spacing and irregular shapes can often be corrected without orthodontics.
Things to know
Veneers usually need a thin layer of enamel removed. Healthy gums matter, and if you grind your teeth you will need a night guard.

What to expect afterwards
Porcelain resists staining and reflects light much like natural enamel. With good care, veneers typically last 10 to 15 years, often longer.
Aftercare
- Brush and clean between your teeth as normal. Veneers need no special products.
- Avoid biting directly into very hard things such as ice, pens or nutshells.
- Wear a night guard if you grind or clench your teeth.
- Keep your six-monthly check-ups so we can check the edges and your gums.

Preparation removes a thin layer of enamel, which does not grow back, so veneers are a permanent commitment. Some cases suit minimal-preparation veneers, and we will tell you if yours does.
Yes, and we often recommend it. We then match the veneers to your whitened shade so the whole smile is even.
