Privacy notice
Smile Dental Studio collects the information we need to look after your oral health and run the practice: your name, contact details, date of birth, insurance details, medical history and clinical records such as X-rays, scans and treatment notes.
We use this information to provide care, to send appointment reminders and written estimates, to file insurance claims on your behalf and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we never share it for marketing.
Health information
Your clinical records are kept strictly confidential in accordance with Indian medical and dental council regulations. You have the right to access, correct and receive a copy of your dental records at any time.
- We share records with your insurer, specialists or dental laboratories only when needed for your treatment or cashless claim processing.
- You can ask for a copy of your records, including digital X-rays and 3D scans, at any time.
- Records are retained for as long as applicable Indian healthcare regulations require, then securely destroyed.
This website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Appointments are booked through our online scheduling service, which collects the details you enter so we can confirm your visit and may set the cookies it needs to work. We use your details only to arrange and manage your care, and we never share them for marketing. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address only to send that newsletter, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
All fonts and assets are hosted directly on our server for speed and privacy, without third-party tracking scripts.
Terms of use
The information on this website is general and is not a substitute for an examination. Prices shown are starting prices; your written estimate after an examination is the figure that applies to you. Appointment requests made online are confirmed only when we text or call you.
We ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website and visit the studio comfortably. The site is designed to work with screen readers and keyboard navigation, respects reduced-motion settings and aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
The studio is on the ground floor with step-free access and an accessible restroom. If you need a longer appointment, a quieter time of day or information in another format, tell us when you book.
